Sound Performances
Thomas Rutgers & Jitske Blom

Somewhere in Rennes’s streets between 15 and 21 October 2013

OpenBaar Kabaal ( public hubbub) is an impromptu sound performance, orchestrated in the public space by dutch artists duo Thomas Rutgers & Jitske Blom.

Discreetly equipped with small remote-controlled electromechanical hammers, benches, windows, lamps, banisters become, for the time of an improvisation, instruments at the service of an urban symphony.

OpenBaar Kabaal is first time presented in France in Rennes, in partnership with le Bon Accueil, as part of festival Maintenant, by Electroni[k] association.
